lyrics
The morning sun through my window
I feel an itching in my feet
My body wants for chaos, calls
I feel my pulse like I feel my knees
A coffee cup a little green
A little disco and I’m wild
I’m going to break
I need to shake it up
Create some heat
Give myself palpitations, I wanna feel my sweat
Invoke a chain reaction
Dripping, dripping
It takes some heaving breathing to make or break the way
I get to be so slippery
I wanna be
Entranced by my reflection, swept up inside the beat
You’re watching through a screen
And you’re dripping
I fill my tub with sacred salts
And bathe myself in scarlet light
Steam across my mirrored walls
I’m shooting looks to catch my eye
Using the timer on my phone
Sending pics in real-time
Show you my face
Give you a taste of what tonight will be
Give myself palpitations, I wanna feel my sweat
Invoke a chain reaction
Dripping, dripping
It takes some heaving breathing to make or break the way
I get to be so slippery
I wanna be
Entranced by my reflection, swept up inside the beat
You’re watching through a screen
And you’re dripping
I wanna be
Dripping
Dripping
It takes some heavy breathing
To make or break the way
I get to be so slippery
I wanna be
Entranced by my reflection, swept up inside the beat
You’re watching through a screen
And you’re dripping

This is a little different from what I normally listen to but god-damn, I really enjoy it. They remind me of Canadian rockers ‘Old Major’. Not in sound but in their diverse & quirky style. The track Iz What It Iz could easily come of an ‘All Them Witches’ album. These are the same guys who brought out a that fantastic little 5 song Demo EP back in 2014. It’s a pity they withdrew the EP from Bandcamp. Happily I got it before they took it away. Harry Harrison

Again, Blue Dream bring their diverse & quirky style that keeps me so engaged. I personally wouldn’t call their sound Heavy Psych. The album does blend and slide between various genres with every track. Maybe Prog? Anyway, the sound’s always interesting, never boring and always enjoyable. But what’s with the nuisance intro track on every album? Get past those and the albums are brilliant. Harry Harrison
